 PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY CARTRIDGES IN ENVELOPES OR ENVIROSMART BOXES.

 We will have no record of cartridges sent into the Franklin , TN address.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and are working to develop a cost-effective cartridge return program.

Please continue to save cartridges and we will inform you of our new program via mail and our web site.
